I haven't seen any CSX's posted yet. I just bought one last month and it's now my full time CCW. I love this thing! Attached File

Stopped by my local shop and this was in the used case. Can’t explain why but I’ve wanted one for years.
This one doesn’t have the stupid loaded chamber indicator on the top of the slide. Might send it out for an optics cut at some point. Attached File Attached File |

New family photo. Didn’t realize I had this many mags so I had to break out the paint pen and mark them.

After I asked you this I found an overhead picture of one and found the loaded chamber indicator. I was ready to order one till I saw it. That's my whole reason for wanting an aftermarket barrel. Every one I can find has the lci. No idea why. Barrel looks great. I've used them in several Glocks. |

Mine has (had) an LCI, but getting it cut for an RMR runs into the channel where it sits so it has to be removed. I don't even notice the empty groove in the top of the slide anymore. |

Been dragging my feet about posting these.
.40 S&W Shield Plus. Attached File .357 SIG Shield Plus. Attached File Been modifying (only 3 so far) 9MM Shield Plus mags to fit/feed .40 S&W. So .357 SIG is working as well. Doesn't take much to get them to work. They shoot pretty darn good, so far. Gonna have to get the .40 S&W slide milled for a red dot and rear back up sight and cerakoted. Probably wait to buy another .40 slide for the .357 SIG barrel till later in the fall, or early winter. Not many sub compact .357 SIGs around. |

@M1A4ME
Very cool .357Sig project! How many .40/.357 rounds are you getting in the S+ magazines? |
|
|
Takes some mods to the magazine and follower. Can't load the rounds into the magazine without modifying it. I tried two different mods to the followers before getting the first one right and then modified the second one differently.
The 10 round 9MM mag will hold 8. The 13 round 9MM mag will hold 10 rounds of .40 or .357 SIG. I've not yet modified a 15 round mag. and that's next. I don't see any reason why it won't work fine as well. Still testing, of course. A couple range trips aren't enough to prove reliability. Just testing accuracy, recoil feel and the mags are part of reliability. This stuff is fun. It's a small .40. It may be a small .40 with a decent mag. capacity vs. most other sub compact .40's. S&W might do it. Then I won't have to modify more magazines. |
