What happens when someone duplicates you? I'd like to know this as well ... I picked yesterday and then came back today to see someone picked the same # without checking the report first ... Another drawing is conducted between the people who selected it, it is not first to select it wins automatically. |

Instructions as I see it...
1. Between the 1st and 7th day of each month. Have a paid Team Membership 2. Go to Monthly Contest Report thread, view report and map, pick a number (between 1-2000) that has not been chosen by another team member (a white square). This is for best odds... 3. Post that number one single time in the monthly Contest thread (a separate thread), do not post your number in the 'Report' thread as it will not be automatically counted and registered. 4. Each Team Member (TM) gets to post one number of their choice, but only one, posting multiple times will result in TM being disqualified. Editing the post with your number in it will result in disqualification, 5. Around the 7th of each month a winning number will be chosen. If two or more TMs have chosen the same number a draw off between those TMs will begin, until a winner is determined. Does this sound about right? |

Seems pretty spot-on to me. Just felt the need to highlight the one that's missed that I laugh at the most. The man gives away an awesome (not exactly cheap, either) piece of hardware every month and some won't even put-up the $24 for a Team Membership. Their loss.

Then again, I'll laugh at those of you who don't know how to check your number to see if you have been duped...  +1 I pick the same number every month. I got in clean on page two. Some (insert profanity here) so & so picked my number 24 pages later. Ya think if he could have checked  Oh well, I already won a gun this year. The chances of winning another one are somewhere between slim and none.  |

Someone got duped, then replied in the contest thread to bawl the person out that duped them, thus DQ'ing themselves. I love it!   I'm almost tempted to search through the thread to see this.  Ah, but wait, I'll utilize the report and find it.

The report has a "double tap" detector (which only flags multiple posts with the exact same content.) |
