LAPDhas their distinctive blue and black now uniforms. Green is another agency, who is anyones guess

I agree, but it appears LAPD isn't waiting for anything- and plans on bringing a tank to smash through the wall.

Then they'll drop a bomb from a chopper to kill him.

Then run over his body with the tank to kill him again.

Then burn his dead body to kill him more.

Then shoot hundreds of rounds in his lifeless body to kill him again.

Then chop his head off, and put on a silver platter for the Commissioner.

Then cut his heart out for the dead man's chest.

Then - they'll start torture.

His plan is the same as all of these mental cases "big fuckin deal" attention whore killers -- to try and fill the gaping hole in their own sense of self worth with some reality-tv style fame by becoming notorious for a body count.

Regarding all this searching they are talking about, what are your rights if they come to your door and say they want to search your cabin for Dorner and you say "Fuck you get a warrant"?
