In the end, when I win, I'll just use it to buy us some beer.

It was more of a rhetorical statement than a real question. Obama/ Jarrett is behind everything. It's what socialist/ banana republic dictators do.

But it's all about the imagery. The perception. Alinsky rules.

At least 1,730 emails that Hillary Clinton sent or received contained classified material, according to the State Department’s latest update from its ongoing review of more than 30,000 emails.

The State Department released a new batch of 1,116 pages of Clinton’s emails Friday evening in response to a court order. Of those, 64 contain classified information. All are at the confidential level, which is the lowest level of classification.

None of Clinton’s emails was marked as classified during her tenure, State Department officials say, but intelligence officials say some material was clearly classified at the time. Her aides also sent and received classified information.

The judge ordered State to release batches of the remaining Clinton's emails on Feb. 13, 19, 26 and 29. The next batch will be released the day before the South Carolina primary,

Enjoy your questions under oath, assholes:

Washington Post

A federal judge on Tuesday ruled that State Department officials and top aides to Hillary Clinton should be questioned under oath about whether they intentionally thwarted federal open records laws by using or allowing the use of a private email server throughout Clinton’s tenure as secretary of state from 2009 to 2013.

The decision by U.S. District Judge Emmet G. Sullivan of Washington came in a lawsuit over public records brought by Judicial Watch, a conservative legal watchdog group, regarding its May 2013 request for information about the employment arrangement of Huma Abedin, a longtime Clinton aide.

Officials with the State and Justice departments said that they were aware of the order but declined to comment further, citing the ongoing litigation. Discovery orders are not readily appealable. An attorney for Abedin declined to comment.

Sullivan set an April 12 deadline for parties to litigate a detailed investigative plan--subject to court approval--that would reach well beyond the limited and carefully worded explanations of the use of the private server that department and Clinton officials have given.

Sullivan also suggested from the bench that he might at some point order the department to subpoena Clinton and Abedin to return all emails related to Clinton’s private account, not just records their camps previously deemed work-related and returned.

“There has been a constant drip, drip, drip of declarations. When does it stop?” Sullivan said, “This case is about the public’s right to know.”

In granting Judicial Watch’s request, Sullivan said that months of piecemeal revelations about Clinton and the State Department’s handling of the email controversy created “at least a ‘reasonable suspicion’ ” that public access to official government records under the federal Freedom of Information Act was undermined.

I could see Huma doing so.  Clinton would resort to "it depends what the definition of the word is, is?"  or "I don't remember due to my head injury which caused limited amnesia" , you notice Clinton is back to wearing her prism glasses?  "Wipe it? You mean with, like a cloth?"

That would be the best of all things as it would disqualify her for the office of the POTUS.  I truly hope that she goes on record with some type cockamamie story that the Donald can use to sink his gaff hook in and drag her around a parking lot with. Personally I think we're only seeing the tip of the iceberg when it comes to attacks on HRC. Folks are waiting for her to become the Dem heir apparent and then it's game on.

Once Trump focuses on her it'll be epic....Glenn Beck will cry for her.

At least a judge is requiring her and some other asshole to testify under oath as to what the fuck really went on with these emails and why it appears this obvious criminal activity has been so slow in coming evidentiary wise.

And the judge was a Clinton appointee for god's sake.

The Clitons, as well as other high profile folks, live under a different set of rules. I say that as a fact and without malice. It's simply the way it is.  I know of dozens of examples in DoD circles where serious "incidents" were swept under the carpet.  Happens all the time...maybe the 3 star doesn't get his 4th but that's about it.

This is visible to wide audience so the kabuki dance is required.  The saving grace is that all of this is diminishing her chances to get to the WH. That's what's really important here. She's a vicious, self serving cunt, maybe the anti-Christ and her having access to that seat of power spells doom for this nation.

Lynch confirms career Justice Department attorneys involved in Clinton email probe

Attorney General Loretta Lynch confirmed to Congress Wednesday that career Justice Department attorneys are working with FBI agents on the criminal investigation of Hillary Clinton’s email practices and the hand
Legal experts say the assignment of career Justice Department attorneys to the case shows the FBI probe has progressed beyond the initial referral, or "matured," giving agents access to the U.S. government’s full investigative tool box, including subpoena power

When the FBI finishes it's criminal investigation which Loretta Lynch had to admit before Congress today is ongoing as a criminal investigation and not "A Security Review" as Hillary Clinton has claimed daily on the campaign trail.

Loretta Lynch was forced to admit it is not a Security Review in a televised congressional hearing.

Loretta Lynch is being pressured to appoint a Special Prosecutor.  She has refused saying the FBI is taking action with a full investigation.  If FBI Director James Comey recommends an indictment and AG Lynch refuses to act, then Comey and other FBI official resign under protest, then Loretta Lynch will risk impeachment in her remaining year as Attorney General.

The fact that a federal Judge has now ordered Discovery to occur in a Judicial Watch lawsuit that will allow access to the 30,000 emails that Clinton claimed were personal and that the FBI has reported they are able to recover means that Clinton has more to worry about now than she did previously.  This may very well open up the Clinton Foundations records to investigators.

The judge has supposedly ruled that Huma Abedin's emails are now supposed to be released also.

This won't be over when Obama leaves office if a republican is elected.  At that time the case will still remain open and Loretta Lynch as a public political appointee will immediately leave office and all US Attorneys in the DOJ are expected to tender their resignations.

At that time, a republican appointed Attorney General will be selected and new federal US Attorneys will be hired who will be in charge of any prosecution.

If a Republican president is elected a prosecution will go forward unless Kasich was the president.

The only way Clinton could avoid it?  A preemptive pardon by Obama as he leaves office for the entire Clinton family, including Chelsea and all of Hillary Clinton's aides.

Good post.

I wonder about the pardon. I don't think Obama likes the Clintons, but suspect he will pardon to minimize danger to himself and the Democrats as a whole. If the Clintons go down many are going down with them.

From the link above:

"If the FBI makes the case that Hillary Clinton mishandled classified information and put America's security at risk, will you prosecute the case? Republican Congressman John Carter asked Lynch during a budget hearing.

"Do you know of any efforts underway to undermine the FBI's investigation? And please look the American people in the eye and tell us what your position is as you are the chief prosecutor of the United States," Carter pressed.

Lynch replied, "...that matter is being handled by career independent law enforcement agents, FBI agents as well as the career independent attorneys in the Department of Justice. They follow the evidence, they look at the law and they'll make a recommendation to me when the time is appropriate,"

and if they don't go down we  no longer have a constitutional government, we no longer live under the rule of law, we live under the rule of man, we live under the cult of personality alone. None of our government's laws are valid then, our government is null and void.

Sounds like she wants nothing to do with it.  There might be an independent prosecutor in the future for this.

"National Security Defense attorney Edward MacMahon, who routinely handles classified information as part of his case work, said "Lynch appears to be sending a message that there is no need for a special prosecutor because she has assigned career Justice Department lawyers, and not political appointees, to work with FBI agents on the Clinton matter.""

Oh, I know she doesn't want one.

Surely, an ambitious prosecutor could employ RICO against Clinton and the foundation. The appearance of corruption is so thick.

She could just drag it out until after the election.  If Clinton is elected, Lynch could retire and it wouldn't be her problem before Clinton is sworn in.  Then Clinton appoints a new AG from he close group of toadies and the whole thing goes away.

A republican gets elected?  Lynch is going to tender her resignation anyways as political appointees do and she has the cover that the next AG has the responsibility to go forward.  Often, when a republican administration takes over they decide to not prosecute misdeeds of the previous democrat administration to promote a time of healing for the nation.

But Clinton left the administration and is currently a private citizen and the Republican citizens of the US want her to be held accountable.  I think a couple of her aides might be thrown to the lions along with the government employee who set up her server and was paid by her to do so, then he took the 5th.  He might be the sacrificial lamb led to slaughter.

If a republican get elected and the FBI forwards an indictment after Obama leaves office, she may get prosecuted.  If, a big if, Obama didn't sign a pardon for her on the last day in office and then hand it to her as he leaves the White House.

Does it need to be officially publicized?  Or could she just keep it secret and pull it out the day the US Marshals and FBI show up at her door to take her down to the federal court in New York to charge her before the court?

Perhaps because he doesn't want his own dirty laundry in the public eye?  Like has been said many times before, if she goes down she'll likley take as many others with her as possible.

Not sure he can give pre-emptive pardons.

I would "THINK" that the possibility of a Presidential Pardon is close to becoming toxic....

AND, Obama might feel that pardoning Hillary will damage his reputation in the future more than he's willing to risk.....

What ever "HOLD" she has on him might NOT be enough....Or, he just won't care.....

Can HE pardon himself???

OR, if he "FEARS" Her, could he resign in December, allow Biden to become president, so Biden can Pardon Obama, and not Hillary, that might take the wind out of her sails.....

What do you think???
