Can you show a pic of the assembly from other orientations? I'm assuming the black piece is "L" or "U" shaped so it can overlap the top section, or am I misunderstanding the functionality?

It's never been recommended to install tritium night sights with a hammer and punch. That sort of direct hammering is a bit different than normal gun cycling. |

If it breaks, I just cut a new piece off the old cutting board I use to make punches. |

Op: a good friend of mine printed some things and used them to make molds, then cast ones for sale.
