Thanks, having fun with angles and focus to make the knife the center of attention and not have the background distract from the focal point.

What's kinda funny about the whole thing is that only about 1% of FOID holders registered anything. And a large number of Sheriffs and DAs said they would not enforce the rule, would not assist ISP in enforcing it, and would not house anyone arrested by ISP over a violation.

Really tasty, and expensive. The truffle pecorino was spendy.

But I am hooked on the mortadella.

I've found that around here, Aldi has a great selection of Italian meats for about half the price of the other grocery stores and they are probably better quality.

That's where I normally go, but I haven't seen pecorino at mine. I may have seen mortadella, but it's guaranteed to be at Publix.

Mortadella, yes!

Feta? Too overpowering. Pass.

Pizza looks great don’t worry about the shape. I made a pizza last week that was so perfectly round that I couldn’t take a picture because you all would think I bought it frozen. But it was in a pan and that’s not the same as your gucci pizza method.

100% agreed, but my in-laws are nearly family (and actual family in a couple cases) with every LEO in this county, so at least they are solid.

You can certainly overdo the feta, but I like it. The mortadella definitely stole the show though.

I've debated buying a screen, so I can still pull off a round pie every now and then.

I'm not 100% sure. I have had purple ones though. I cheated and put some real maple syrup on this one - was delicious. I'd prefer a russet to sop up the juices but this was what we had.

We were buying that yogurt ranch because it didn't have soybean oil. I decided to check just now, and sure enough, soybean oil, and more of it than the yogurt. I'm going to have to make my own it seems as all of them have it now.

Had a guy from the UK request a knife today. Looks like 3" is the max blade length they can carry over there. I need to do some more research on how exactly they measure the blade length but my interpretation at this point is that it's from tip of the blade to the closest part of handle. Measured that way, my model 2s are 2.990"-2.995" at least the sample size of 3 that I have siting on my desk. Anyone familiar with how they measure blade length over on that side of the pond?

I sold a couple of unopened tins several years back - made some money but not what I could have. That forum was a very generous group and I didn't feel right about really going after full value

everything I am seeing says 3" for the sharpened portion of the blade.

Yeah they have a mess over there. Measured along the sharpened edge of the blade my Model 2 is ~2.75". I've asked the guy for his input. I don't want to send him something that gets him in a bind.
