Congress will not even put it to a vote let alone it getting to the President's desk. You'll hear how they don't have enough support, or it'll be too difficult to unravel, or how the Republicans want this to be a bipartisan effort. What you won't see is an actual revocation of this bill passed in congress.

If we hold the Senate, it will be repealed under reconciliation with a simple majority.
If we lose the Senate, he can still collapse it the rest of the way by simply granting waivers to everybody & not providing subsidies to deadbeats.

I honestly do not know, but since it is a modification to something that exists, it seems like the easier first step towards repeal.

However, it is not enough to simply repeal this terrible legislation. We will work with Congress to make sure we have a series of reforms ready for implementation that follow free market principles and that will restore economic freedom and certainty to everyone in this country. By following free market principles and working together to create sound public policy that will broaden healthcare access, make healthcare more affordable and improve the quality of the care available to all Americans.

Republicans have been talking about eliminating lots of programs for decades, they then fully fund them in every budget. The question is whether or not the Republicans in Congress are serious or if they just want to be the ones in charge of things.

Your question: "how long will it take for him to repeal Obamacare"

Answer in the link: the president can't repeal laws.

It will depend on Congress' willingness and speed of movement,  like any other legislation. OP fails to troll.

You didn't answer my question so I'll ask it again;

He won't. Because he can't. Congress has to do it. And since so many conservatives won't turn out for the general if he gets nominated we'll probably lose enough seats in Congress that they won't have the votes to repeal it.

Yet ANOTHER reason why the orange Jesus will be horrible for this country.

congress could have defunded it and defacto eliminated it temporarily.  but ryan decided to fund it.

the republicans will blame a democratic filibuster and never forward a bill if a republican is president.

You want to blame trump for what the republicans have consistently failed to do when they could.

fucking deranged.
