I need a smaller ccw for when the G19/G17 won't cut it.
I don't like pocket carry so it's going to be iwb. Attire: suit or slacks and a blazer, also will double as summer carry. I've owned a G43 but couldn't shoot it worth a shit. But I'm open to try again. The list so far to review is as follows: G43 Shield 9mm Shield 45acp Walter PPS XDS 9mm XDS 45acp Nano 9mm Sig 290rs What do I need to get ? |
|
Ruger LCP
OK I missed the no pocket carry. Fucky but its your choice. |

G43 are the shit but the Smity M&P Shield is pretty nice too. I say G43 as per my experience

Shield sounds perfect for you. I've owned one since the day they came out and still carry it, I'm lucky it has suited me well this whole time.

Why couldn't you shoot your G43 well?
Of all the ones you didn't list, I suggest a no lock S&W 642 in a FIST K4. Posted Via AR15.Com Mobile |

I'd get a shield since they can be found for around 330. I loved mine before I switched to a G19.

I like my Khar, but its not on your list. If i could do it again, i would only buy full size.

god my eyes are going...
i thought the OP said he needed a "thin cow" |

People gonna laugh but I really liked my old school Kahr CW9 I carried way back in 07. It's probably the "thinnest feeling" single stack I've carried.

LC9s Pro, or if you want one of the most INSANE short reset triggers you'll feel that makes double taps seem automatic, check out the Bersa BP9cc. Serialized trigger frame like the Sig P320 with replacement grip frames, Glock rear sight Sig front. Bout the same size as the Shield but you can get your pinky on it and more capacity.
Eta: Just clean the striker channel before first use. They use a protectant preservative. |

Shield of XDs. I carry both. The Shield is thinner than the XDS and actually feels better in had to me.

toss up between the shield and the 43.
I prefer the full size M&P so i went shield |
|
Dude, my Walther CCP is a winner. If you can find one to try, I would bet money you would buy one.

I have a shield and g43. Carry them both but seem to carry the shield more
