Everything at an Indian buffet and everything on a Thai menu

Seriously go to an Indian restaurant that has a lunch buffet special and try it all. So good.

Gotta agree with this.

Most Vietnamese is good as well.  Pho and Shaken Beef to get started, then dive into the rest of the menu from there.

Pretty much everything in this thread (ignore the Swede and his fermented fish nonsense).

Things to skip:

Camel
Ostrich heart stew
Durian
Stinky tofu
Any canned, fermented fish

I make Jägerschnitzel at least once a month, and most months more than once, I love that stuff.

Ironically enough, I have the sauce on for veal marsala right now, so yeah I like breaded, fried meat with gravy on it.

Ceviche.  Man I love it.  Raw fish chunks marinated in citrus juice, mixed with onion, pineapple, cilantro, salt, pepper and chiles.  Eat it on corn chips with a margarita in the other hand.
