This represents a foothold for the DSA. They will try to get others in to the House anywhere they can. They have been playing the long game and in this case, it paid off.
For now, she is the new kid on the block. She will be a protege of some rep as long as she doesn't make too many waves or makes the democrats look bad. If she is smart, she will play it safe for now until the time is right and the DSA has the numbers. She is a newly hatched chick in a hen house. You know hens have a pecking order. While I would not completely dismiss her, there is still some time before she is really, truly dangerous. For now, she just looks dangerous. Stab you in the taint while you sleep dangerous.
