And Capt. Lou Albano from the WWF played her father in one of her videos.

Yeah I never got the wresting tie-in with the soundtrack either, but its pretty much a whos-who on 80s wrestlers with a few major exceptions

Cyndi Lauper was a pro-wrestling "manager" at a couple of events.  Her own manager / boyfriend was a big fan of the shit, and WWF was trying to expand its audience.

Great movie.  The wife and I are full on Goonies. Saw it in the theater when I was a kid.  The wife and I did a road trip up to Astoria and hit all the spots they filmed the movie.  Interestingly the house was up for sale at the time, it was actually very cheap at the time in the late 90s. We had a lot of fun.

Goonies Never Die.

I got my wife this cool blue-ray box set last year with a bunch of cool stuff inside. The map, special book, other cool stuff inside. All the cut scenes in the blue ray. It's a cool set.

Great movie that came out when I was 9. (Same director as Lethal Weapon.) We took the kids to see it at the drive-in last summer.

I've been watching 80s movies every weekend with my 12 year old daughter since Christmas when we watched Die Hard. Its actually been great bonding time. So far we've watched Red Dawn, Stand by Me, First Blood, Terminator, etc. It has made me very nostalgic and appreciative of how I got to grow up in the 80s. Also makes me hate Commies that much more.

I have to ask.....did you find edited ones, skip the nudity, or just let the movie roll? The lady getting banged in the office in Die Hard is even there in the edited ones with only her boobs being blurred out.

We watched Airplane a few weeks ago. Saw the PG rating and forgot what was in the movie. The lady running around topless was not expected! Or the blowing up of the inflatable co-pilot using the tube (penis).

Chunk: But the worst thing I ever done - I mixed a pot of fake puke at home and then I went to this movie theater, hid the puke in my jacket, climbed up to the balcony and then, t-t-then, I made a noise like this: hua-hua-hua-huaaaaaaa - and then I dumped it over the side, all over the people in the audience. And then, this was horrible, all the people started getting sick and throwing up all over each other. I never felt so bad in my entire life.

ORV...bullet holes...

Chunk: Michael Jackson didn't come over to my house to use the bathroom... but his sister did.

One of the class moms brought in The Goonies for us to watch when I was in 3rd grade at a Catholic school.
They got to the part when they are trying to glue the genitals back on the David statue when the teacher turned it off.

Meanwhile the head priest at the school got arrested for offering to give an undercover cop a BJ.
