If you enjoy inside jokes and fourth wall breaking, you'll get that in spades with this movie.

By the end, I kind of felt like Wolverine wishing that Ryan Reynolds would shut up at times.

Best Marvel movie since Spider Man: No way home and before that Endgame.

This is easily in the top 25% of the Marvel films which was refreshing given what a dumpster fire the MCU has been lately.

I thought that one was overrated.  It certainly wasn’t a bad film, but with the way people gushed over it, I expected better.

Cool story.  The full theater I was in didn't have a single person walk out before the final scene - let alone the mid-credits.

I haven't seen anything close to a full theatre since the last Avengers film. Most of the time I'm lucky to see a couple of other people in the same screening I'm at
There were a few people at yesterdays screening, probably the most I've shared an auditorium with in a year.
I'm not sure how regal is able to stay in business, nor why they still insist on me picking out a specific seat when I buy my ticket.

I saw it at 4pm and it was sold out at a place that had given the movie multiple screens where the showings were almost a half an hour apart. In fairness the place we go to has the reclining leather chairs instead of the airline seats.

Deadpool & Wolverine' Shatters Box Office Records, Eyes $400 Million Global Opening Weekend

Jul 27, 2024,09:29am EDT
Marvel's instant summer blockbuster Deadpool & Wolverine from director Shawn Levy (who cowrote with Ryan Reynolds) is shattering box office records and expectations this weekend as it eyes a possible $400 million global opening. It looks destined to be the biggest R-rated opening in history

Looks like it's well on its way to breaking the record for highest grossing R rated movie ever.

This IS a spoilers thread.

We are now on page three of a movie thread that was started after the movie had already come out.  Anyone concerned about spoilers shouldn’t be reading anything this far into the thread anyway.

Daaaang.  I don't know where to begin.  The opening credits alone...

They even included Zombie Headpool.

But I have a serious question:  If ALL Deadpools have a Peter, does that include Lady Deadpool?

Well, to be honest, they did say a swear word or two in that movie.

That was a great scene. What was better was deadpool trash talking DC with that one cameo.
