My leonidas paperwork came in But i still have to wait for them to get it back from HQ, i had them send the upper back to Noveske to get the switchblock added with an M-lok rail. Hopefully it will be done by next month.. they are pretty busy right now from what i was told.

I think like most billet, they are an oz or so heavier, but not as much as you may think. The Gen 3 above is an N6 in 308, so it is alot bigger than the gen 1 noveske forged. Really, I cant tell much difference in the weight of my gen 3s vs any other ARs I have.

my leonidas must have some extra special noveske magic in her , i took her to the range this past weekend and was asked to pack it up after 6 shots. their backstop caught on fire and after examining all my ammo for tracers and not finding any they concluded it must be the gun or the suppressor

Thanks brother! No it's Magpul FDE a combination of lighting and post processing made it appear darker.

Leupold VX-R Patrol. Replaced a heavy a$$ Razor II 1-6. Loved the razor, but I hated the weight on this rifle. The Leu is only 11.? oz. Not true 1x, but I dont mind the magnification And the Firedot is awesome. Eye relief is great and eyebox may be better than the Razor. And did I mention that it is light???
