Very nice. I saw that but didn’t want to go thru the hassle of changing it from LEM to DA/SA. |

I am going to call HK on Monday and order 2 45C hammers and 45C mag releases. Then I am going to order 2 straight triggers and SRT’s from Grayguns. I did that mod on my 2 P90L’s and it made a huge difference.

You can convert a da/sa p2000 to LEM. The decocker stays in place. Not sure of the P30. |

No, I missed out on that one. I think they had only a few. I was emailing them to get sales-tax exempt status set up, and they went out of stock in between. The right side thumb safety was an odd option though. This was a Gunbroker find. One mag, left side thumb safety (want to try the LEM kit...) aftermarket night sights, original box, delivered for $530. Which is about what the AIM deal would have been paying the sales tax..... |

Goal is to set the V1 up as a quasi USPC-9-CT. Waiting on RIM to get barrels back in and I'll have it as the house gun / host. V7 and P2000 (will convert to Lite LEM) will get carry time. 45C is woods gun and will also get threaded barrel for it. At some point, I'll convert all the mags over to the new follower to get 15+1. |

All of my CCW holsters are Light Tucks. What Outside the pants holster do you like for the Hk45c? That is one I need to do the LEM conversion on. Where are you finding the kits for it?
I carried a P2000 for a few years and, and never really grew to like it. I shot it ok, till I picked up a VP9. Now I have two VP9's. |

This thread has me tempted to buy one of these. I haven’t shot HK in 9mm. 40 and 45 are great.
Anyways, there’s an un-fired stainless usp 9 compact, along with and un-fired fde 45c at a local shop near me. I’ve never paid over 1k for 9mm, they want $1049 for the usp. The 45 is right under 8. |

I put about 600 rounds of various 9mm fodder I had through a friend's USPc with the external safety lever this weekend and my web between my thumb and forefinger is chewed.
I think the idea is neat but damn it sucks for lots of shooting. How are you getting around that with yours? Gloves? Better and less girly skin than me? Just for testing purposes. Try a Hogue overmold on the grip. I run them with all my USP's and compacts.
My USPc 40 is my favorite pistol with the match trigger and larger flappy paddles. |
