I have a Cummins fuel pump wrench for the old style 855 engines

This seems to stump a lot of people. Really handy to have if you do any engine work on newer cars where they have buried all the spring clamps completely out of site.

A 14.5 inch long, 1.25 inch wide, and a sixteenth of an inch thick piece of Steel
There are very specific reasons for these dimensions |

A while back Facebook had a thing showing an old oil can spout. I showed it to my entire shop and NOBODY under 35 had a clue what it was.

Damn OP, I sure could have used that a couple of weeks ago.
I replaced my muffler and I ended up hack sawing off the last muffler bracket because I couldn't get the leverage to pop it off the hangar with the muffler in the way. |

View Quote I've been watching exhaust install vids on Youtube and in every one of them the rubber hangers give them hell since they don't have the proper tool. |

I better hang it up, because I use this instead. https://i.ytimg.com/vi/1bV53UEG_sY/hqdefault.jpg View Quote I have a timing light that I've used exactly once, that came in real handy while I was fucking with the initial timing on my Mustang. I don't really like it because its not one of the nicer ones where you can just program the advance into the light, and then line up the timing mark on the "0". I like those because on most old vehicles you can still actually make out the "0" marking on the pointer. |
