Fine Monday fare...
Cats are awesome, but they should never be let outside. |
|
So cats alone are responsible for 33 bird species being extinct? I wonder how they determined that?
|
|
|
Oh well,
My murder cats are hell on Starlings. Evolve or go fucking extinct. |
|

Used to hate cats until one seduced me into taking it in.
Best pets ever Oh and they do straight up murder everything ![]() |
|
I wonder how many of you cat haters would start loving cats if they were trained to hunt and dispatch Leftists as efficiently as they hunt and kill everything else.

Love it when people say cats are assholes because they are one of the most efficient predators.
Cats are awesome. |
|
I should be allowed to shoot them at night while I'm at work.
|
|
oh cool, we already got the super edgy hardass types who like to kill cats

Killer of Cats.
All stray cats found inside the wire are run down, grabbed and shaken until they stop resisting. ![]() His little buddy gets a pass. ![]() |

My best year I got 16.
Asshole neigbors: old man died, kids sold the farm. Left 50+ barn cats, handful of dogs. |

Pest control is a full time job at the homestead. We have animals we want to feed and pests that bring issues. Cats are a good answer. Spayed or neutered and uptodate shots.

No need to consider their mental health. View Quote Most places have leash laws, others have a more vague ruling that the dog must be under the owner's control at all times. I am totally ok with that. If the cat is always under the control of the owner, then the cats can be allowed outside. If the cat is enclosed in a back yard that it can't get out of, then that's ok as well. Just apply the same rules for cats as are in place for dogs. |

Go sleep on the porch, chase rabbits and mice (has caught three mice and one rabbit this month that I know of) sleep on tractor seats. She is fixed so she is the one and only though. |

I'm on the fence regarding obtaining a maine coon for a future homestead. On the plus side, they'll kill every freaking rodent that would invade the garden. On the con side, they'll kill songbirds and shit in my garden.
Not sure if it's worth while or not. I particularly dislike cats personally. But if its good for a homestead, I can overlook my hatred for them. |

Taste like rabbit and pares very well with a dry white wine. Similar taste thru bobcat. Darker and stringier with mt lion, never had African variety or tiger etc. We have a new batch in the neighborhood and they have beautiful pelts. If I find too many mice around my house....the cats will be gone.

The dogs in my backyard preclude any cats being in my yard.
Ever. Or squirrels, moles, voles, rats, mice, hamsters, gerbils, pretty much anything with 4 legs or fewer. Also... birds, butterflies, bees, flies, grasshoppers, preying mantis. Yeah, most anything that moves. |

Between crazy cat people, the horders, and the exploding feral population, "domestic" felines are a fucking pox

If you can't appreciate a stone cold killer that purrs and rubs your leg when you show up, that's on you.

A good wildcat round will only leave a cats paws clinched to the wood fence.

In my suburban neighborhood there are a lot of free roaming cats and dogs that either have escaped from their owner's yards and some cats that are to the point of being feral. The first time I noticed this was when I noticed a black patch in my back yard by the fence under a tree. It was a large patch of feathers. It looked like an animal had caught and butchered one of those large, black birds that look like crows, but, with those long tail feathers. The strange part was that there wasn't a drop of blood and there were no bones, only a huge amount of feathers. Like the entire bird was stripped of feathers. Later I read in the neighborhood internet site that people have been seeing a black and white feral cat that has been catching, killing, and eating birds in their back yards. One evening about midnight, my indoor cat observed something outside. I looked and it was that black and white cat on top of my 6 ft. wood fence that was trying to attack another smaller cat. Both were hissing at each other. I turned on my flashlight and the smaller cat immediately ran off, but, the black and white one stood still watching me before he slowly went away.

My neighbor has 6 or so cats running around. On one hand they are pretty darn cute and they occasionally let me pet them. On the other hand, they shit in my gardens and scare off the birds. Also, I know none of them are fixed.
My two cats are indoors only. |
