HONK
The insanity keeps getting better and better. The mental illness is being enshrined in the legal system. ------------------------------ New transgender requirements of police - a P.C. nightmare ATTORNEY GENERAL LAW ENFORCEMENT DIRECTIVE NO. 2019-3 Have you heard the one about the attorney general giving new rules on how cops must deal with members of the LGBTQ community? I wish this were a joke but it’s not. There are a lot of moving parts to this, but just some of the new policy is that officers must refer to people by their preferred pronouns and preferred names. They must undergo mandatory training to learn the difference between transgender, gender non-conforming and non-binary. See the full rundown here. It’s called the LGBTQ Equality Directive and it’s meant to address police interaction with the state’s more than 34,000 transgender residents. “No one should be afraid about interacting with police because of their sexual orientation or their gender identity,” Attorney General Gurbir Grewal said Wednesday. “That is why our law enforcement community, which proudly includes LGBTQ officers among our ranks, is committed to building trust with our LGBTQ residents.” |

I thought it would be California, but evidently NJ is catching up very fast.

Haha
Fucking trannies and fags.. wrecking everything with the help of their mentally ill brethren the libs. |

Just saw a new Amazon commercial last night featuring the employees perspective. The employee said Amazon was trans friendly and was an amazing place to work. This shit is bizarre as fuck.

What could go wrong? Eventually radio calls for suspect will be “Be on the lookout for a person, non defined race, non defined gender, non defined height, non defined weight, non defined features that may or may not have done something.” Honk honk.

Thank god there are no transgenders faggots in my area. The minorities in my area hate faggots and either beat the shit out of them or empty a clip into them. Also is kind of helps that the police response time there is poor as they are hiding at the Mexican restaurant.

Technically pretty much everyone here is violation of policy multiple times a day---I've seen anyone ask a victim, traffic violator, witness, suspect, or complainant what their gender identity and preferred mode of address is, though it is required.

TL;DR version:
NJ cops must address (to include in writing on official reports) people by their preferred pronouns, and strip searches done in jails are now done by officers of the same gender as the subject's identity (a dude saying he's a she is to be strip searched by a female guard, or a she saying she's a he is to be strip searched by a male guard). The gender stated on a person's official documentation (ID, birth certificate, etc), does not matter. Honk Honk. |

Fuck that guy. We've been dealing with the problem for many more years than these stylish SJW types. I have yet to see a transgender who wasn't handled with as much dignity as the transgendered person could muster. Nowadays some folks want to turn every LEO encounter into some kind of social justice cause where they get to set the ground rules and are exempt from consequence.
What we really need is for some of these so-called leaders to step up and deal with all the bullshit we see on a daily basis. Morons, as far as the eye can see. Normal folks rarely get to encounter the bizarro world that is the criminal element. You want to help out the poor down trodden criminals? How about improving jail facilities, creating probation systems that include some individual accountability, and addressing addiction head on instead of just pumping money into feel good "rehab" programs. I'd add in cutting off welfare as a long-term lifestyle but that is probably a bridge too far for some folks' delicate sensibilities. It's easy for these assholes to lead from their lofty ivory towers. |

Just refer to everyone as "fuckstick".
Boom. Problem solved, just like that. |

So, by their own numbers, this is all because of .004% of the population. Brilliant!
|
|
So whose mentally ill relative provides the expensive training?
|
|
So......0.05% of the population, right? How many get arrested? I know we read about them whoring around, and I'm sure they do drugs a lot, so do we have a .05/10 situation here?
Lets make all our rules based on 100K people out of 300M. |
|
I think it is time to for police to address everyone as 'Citizen...' Now, the 'pick up that can' part is optional
|
|
34,000 residents? How does New Jersey have that many mentally ill people?

Another reason to be glad I'm not a cop in NJ. Or just to be in NJ.

No thanks . Law enforcement doesn’t pay any where near enough to put up with the mountain of bullshit that comes with that job .

To promote public safety and ensure that everyone's rights are protected, transgender individuals should be licensed by the police, and carry a card listing their physical status along with preferred identity and pronouns, and be required to present such card immediately upon any interaction with the police.
