Think I'm just going to put my 300m on my 1.5 since I don't need a front and just run my II iron less with my t1 until income tax. |

I've more or less decided on getting a black RIS II if I build another Block 2 upper, since it will be painted anyways, I'd feel bad for all you guys searching for an FDE if I just went and painted one. Same with the BUIS - I might pick up a couple KAC fronts in black, as I plan on painting one of my CQBR uppers when I get back, and also possibly an M4A1 upper. Who knows, lots of time to scheme future projects these days. ~Augee |

So for my iron sights I have: KAC 300 rear/ Taupe KAC front combo for $210 KAC 600 rear/Taupe KAC front combo for $275 I could put a matech on there but I will leave the matechs for the block 1 and SMDR (and the other one in the spare parts box), I want to actually be able to use the BUIS without wearing them down in the process. |

I thought it was nice to see people who knew how to reload. It wasn't until the second half of the movie that we saw the Block II accessories. I think I read that it took a couple years to film because of the "actors" deployment schedules, so they may have had some equipment changes in that time frame. |

Well guys, if everything goes as planned my Block II will be completed by next week. Going to buy an upper off another member from this thread (JohnHatcher) and my light should be in next week. KAC taupe front sight arrives today. Needless to say, I'm stoked.

Did you order your sight from Operation Parts? That's where I ordered mine and the tracking number is saying Monday
I ordered immediately when the back in stock email came through |

I selected USPS Priority Mail, what about you? UPS ground... I saw $13 for that and figured everything else was more so I didn't bother looking at other shipping options. Ridiculous shipping prices from them, we know damn well it doesn't cost $13 to ship that little bugger. I just ordered a case of PMC from SG Ammo last weekend and it cost $16 to ship, so how does it cost $13 to ship a little 2 oz sight? |

"Operators" for some of the stunts? You do know that the actors playing the SEALs were in fact active duty SEALs, right? I think the poor acting can be excused on the basis that they aren't actors. I'd like to go on the record and say it was a fantastic movie. A Navy SEAL ain't gonna win an Oscar. |

Acting aside, the movie was fine..they used some rubber ducks in the water scenes. And a couple of the m4a1s had the muzzle device on the barrel with no peel or crush washer...just exposed threads between the barrel shoulder and hider..just saying
