SGL_Shooter is correct, it's a Bulgarian fat grip.
That link to Desert Fox Outfitters is the only store I know of that sells them, but I have read that they are super beat up. I picked a couple up over on The AK Forum that are in pretty decent shape, so if you want one that's not beat to hell I'd recommend keeping an eye out in the classifieds
Though, at the current price they are selling them it's probably not a bad buy even if they are beat up.

Not new and not much, but it's new to me and pretty nifty. I am considering adding handguards of some type and perhaps a triangle side-folder if I can get someone to do the work.

Absolutely! This AK needs a bakelite grip!!! (Nothing against the Hogue, super comfy, have one myself. But on a tactical one, please!)

It had been a while since I last posted but I'm finally on leave and just got home last night after a 12 hours drive

. Decided to take my little brother out to teach him some new shooting tricks and run some drills today

. I don't have my nice cameras anymore so sorry for the shitty and handful of pics:
