Is that the magpul cheek rest?  I really would like one, but magpul says it will interfere with the charging handle.  Is this true?

Try carb cleaner and a brush.

If that does not work you may need some paint stripper, but carb cleaner works pretty good and it works on graffiti also.

Sweet, thanks. It won't damage the plastic HGs will it?

Erik,
does the charging handle clear that CTR riser? I was not aware they cleared any of the heights, but if it does, that is good to know.

I'm intrigued. I've been looking for a simple and affordable chest rig. Hopefully these will be out soon.

Don't worry, it has a very caring home. It'll be used but not abused. I'm actually loading more M855 right now. Got a carbine competition coming up at the end of the month and I'm gonna see how she does. Trying to get a deal on a KAC rail for it now too.

BTW I sent out your receiver. PM on the way with conf. #

My next paint-related project is to refinish the barrel, FSB, and flashider of my Krinkov since the old paint burnt off Hopefully 1300-2000 degree carb paint will stand up to the immense heat my Сучка gives off.
