I love ADCO. I cut to 14.7 and pin with no spacers. No it’s not a clone but I like them that way.
Need to do a 14.5 with some type of 3 prong though. |

|
I want to clarify my position. "I" only wouldn't use crush washers because of my Griffin can. I'm not in any way discounting Adco's above mentioned work, they're top notch. I just wanted opinions on whether the spacers could have negative effects on the A2 as a suppressor host.

Side note, CWs being non concentric is really not an issue. The biggest issue is that they do not always crush evenly. So long as your bbl threads are concentric with the bore and your spacer or shims have parallel mating surfaces, you are gtg.

View Quote @Mossyrocks I have a lot of experience with a variety of cans and spacers that ADCO uses and it might as well be a sliver of a barrel so no issues with suppressed shooting there. As far as with an A2 bird cage FH as the host and how that is affected, I only have the Halo to go off of and it hasn't ever caused an issue. The spacer and can mount for Gemtech, knights, SF, AAC, AWC, Thunderbeast and OPS INC to name a few have not been an issue either for lots o' rounds. |

Just to remind of an (expensive) option, I went with SAW (Specialized Armament Warehouse) design where they have their own A2 shaped muzzle device.
