 Attached FileI know somebody posted recently about what mount is preferred for the SF 300C but I can't seem to find it now. What's the clone correct surefire mount? Even though I don't think there's any out there with 300C in use Thanks ETA for page ownage |

There are no clone correct SF mounts. I use Gear Sector personally and have nothing bad to say.

I don't even know if it would work on the 300's but I've always used ARMS #17 mounts on my Surefires. Definitely clone correct but you don't seem to see them nearly as much these days. (Probably because it takes 987 ft lbs of force to open the lever)

Surefire stuck with want worked back then (Weaver ring on their laser)
Some of the earliest were 1" Weaver rings like above. Still have a AR15 barrel mount squirreled away somewhere at home for a SF6P. My first 1911 was also a AMT Longslide. Still have the frame with a different slide on top. CD |
