Is the tripod the tall or shorter one? Looking into buying one, AU has 2 sizes.

How sturdy is that tripod? I've got an ok-ish carbon fiber tripod but there's a lot of flex and slop in the neck and is kinda hard to get a steady hold off of it. Been eyeballing that exact tripod but don't want to drop the coin if it isn't worth it.

Very sturdy, its legs are made out of aluminum. Plus its green, I love that. First time buying a bipod for shooting but I have no regrets on spending the $138. They took the Slik 700 bipod and beefed it up, tons of reviews on the web of the slik bipod for shooting.

Cool, thanks. I may just pick one up. I'm into hobby photography too, so it'll come in handy even if I don't use it for shooting much.

Got my Black Friday URG-I in today. NSN marked charging handle and rail, DD barrel, overall pretty darn clean with no issues and loaded with swag including the 35% coupon and SureFire golden ticket. Hoping to see my suppressor get paroled some time soon.

That’s disgusting.

I’ll take two

Wouldn’t you think they’d have a cleaner cable run on a gun for a press release though?

I know it says m4 lower should be used, but what are some brand options for this that are clone correct?

Depends what type of cloner you are.

At a minimum, you'd want a black anodized lower with minimal markings shaped like this:

There are quite a few lowers marked M4A1 nowadays but the markings aren't identical.

Colt's are considered the most clone correct to some, but they have features which aren't correct.

You can mark an 80% lower so that it looks right but it will still be an 80% you made.

Billet, ambi, odd forging, polymer, etc. are right out.

Panties getting wadded up all over the place!  It can't be.  Only name brand optics are allowed to be in a clone thread even if they aren't issued.  Like the Vortex Razor!  Nevermind what actual guys are actually using and even telling us.  @Stukas_87.

It's what I'm going to use with my Razor.

I don't feel like waiting 4,8,12? weeks for anymore G parts.

The B mothership has Badgers in stock and ready to ship.

That pic sucks ass, but it's probably the 34mm PA Platinun which is made in LOW. I dont think they have the Chinese 1-8 FFP.

URG-I clone upper,Colt M4 lower. Debating putting an Elcan on it M600U on it way from AU.
LMT with a USASOC kit in black, sold the trigger, trigger guard & pistol grip. Waiting on SSA & Magpul grip. Not a clone but I wanted an all black one.

I'm sure they're out there. Pretty much if you have seen an optic or accessory on a Block II in the last few years, it's on the URGI now.

I’d be amazed if it wasn’t on someone’s gun.  The amount of variety we are seeing on these things in every category of accessories is awesome.  For example, I already wanted to put closed tines on mine and if we went off what it’s “supposed to be” I wouldn’t  be able to do that.  But I’ve now seen several photos of closed tines in the wild on URGI so this is great for me.

Doesn't look like a standard surefire locking ring on the suppressor either.

Wish there was another angle looking at the rifle.

Standard cool army guy setup. Although they're probably all using the 212 suppressors with the new style locking ring now.
