Getting closer to finishing my RECCE build. Still need to get a BCG, a 1x4 or 1x6 scope and install the G2S trigger and a flash hider. Looking at either an A2 or the AAC mount I have in the parts bin

SEAL RECCE/ 16" Mk12 Mod1/ MK12 Mod Wanna-be/ Mk12 Mod RECCE rifle. Found the Leupold with M1 Knobs and illum mildot for $699 on SWFA sample list and had to pick it up. According to a Leupold rep I emailed it'll cost around $225 to get them changed to M2's. The lower I ordered from Runner Runner and is made by American Pride in McKinney, Texas. Pretty sure it's an A2, not an A1 profile, but the roll marks were too cool to pass up. AEM5 will eventually happen.

Best part of spray paint is its easily removed.
My recce took a trip half way down a mountain and left most of the paint on the rocks. Spent yesterday citristripping the rest off, gave it a bath with the hose, letting it dry and then repainting today
