Recieved a reply email from my House Representative to complete a Privacy Act form. Just emailed back the completed form. Will see how long a resolution takes.

I hated going to weddings. All the grandmas would poke me and say "You're next". They stopped that when I started doing it to them at funerals.

The ATF is going to tell them that because this is a tax paid transfer that you need to give your representative’s office consent to inquire about your tax record. Just get ready, because this will be another small delay. |

Here’s my guess- rep office will soon forward you a canned ATF response saying the process is delayed due to the FBI NICS check. Rep’s office will then hopefully take the initiative to contact FBI NICS who will then magically get the BGC back to ATF and then you’ll get your approval. Seems to be how these go when a rep gets involved. |

Hit 100 days today (eF4, SS Trust)

Today is day 100, form 4 individual and still waiting.

I just got 4 form 4's approved just now. 3 forms certified May 9, June 3, June 17 on SS Trusts, and one form certified yesterday 7/11 (23 hours) individual from CA all came back approved today. No rhyme or reason to the time frames but I'm satisfied with the purchase of my first 6 cans and how long they took to get approved. I've got a Griffin Checkmate HD and an Obsidian 45 I've already received.

Just got the email that mine was approved, eForm 4 individual through SS.
142 days, while not a matter of weeks like some folks, still my fastest approval yet |

View Quote When I first started in the late 90's the standard was after the check was cashed approval always happened in 85-90 days and it was very rare to go over 90 days. I have seen 2 form 4's from estates that were both from the 70's and both approved in under a week. |

I’m now at 92 days for two, 82 days for one and started another today. With my luck, it will be 10 months. I don’t have a common last name at all and no jr designation. All individual e-filed form 4’s. Have used two separate shops. Here’s to hoping for a quick batch approval. My only logical option now is to keep adding suppressors to the queue and hopefully that works!
