That is the obvious answer, all these new guys (all over the web) getting riled up over waits over 7 days could take a lesson here.

Just ordered a aem 5. Waiting in the form 3 to clear then it's off to my local ffl. I expect that in about a week or so they will start the form 4. Hopefully it takes 5 days or less again once submitted.  This is probably my last can for a bit as I have purchased one the past 3 months. This makes 3 for now.

One of mine took a year to get updated.
I have two others that were approved over two weeks ago that have not received the SS notice on.

My Form 1s approved in 2023 still have not been updated and I get auto-generated reminders to certify one of them.

Yes, I uploaded the approvals to my ‘Wallet’, but that does not update order status.

I decided to roll the dice again and see if I could win the approval lotto. I certified a Polonium K on 7/15 and it looks like I missed out again on the 24 hr approvals. Hopefully I will get approved faster than the last 2 I did this year which took 23 and 56 days to approval.

Called ATF, don’t know if calling made a difference but first time I called, asked questions and pointed out that I’m almost double the average wait time according to your website, then next morning got approved.

Good luck.  I'm still waiting on an individual form 4 submitted May 6 and 3 trust form 4s submitted July 3.  If I ever get around to listing some stuff on the EE I may have 4 or 5 more form 4s submitted before any of these get approved.

It is quite strange that you can get a FFL and a SOT much faster than a F4 approval despite there being additional hoops and the same background check.

I've been waiting a month on 2 Form 4s filed at the same time, trust (that I used before 41p days) with 1 RP.  I might give them a call next week, but maybe my hopes were a bit skewed from all the reports of near instant approval.

Man that sucks. I have eight more items certified on my NFA Trust and was hoping they'll get batch approved in a month or two.

Maybe the ATF decided to slow roll things again just to be punitive given all the recent rulings against them.

You can't get a ffl and sot in 2 to 5 days.

I think it's also safe to assume that the examiners approving form 4s aren't interviewing potential FFL holders and giving them licenses.

Odd, they have been batching like crazy, and they usually get em all. My 3rd customer of the day picked up 13 cans, but they did not approve his 14th. I didn't look how long it had been locked up, but he told me it's been in jail the shortest. F4 umbrella trust.

That being said, I'm seeing most trusts come back at 4 months. The single shots seem to be the most consistent (which makes sense). I actually find this impressive seeing as how much work everyone keeps giving them.

I called the ATF and they said average time for trust is 155d and 60d for individual, so I probably have a ways to go.
