Pogba looked pretty good.  His time with France at the World Cup did him good.

Wonder how long it’ll take mourinho to beat him back down.

Exactly. World Cup Pogba was great, United Pogba seems like something is holding him back

Bailly was the best ManU player followed by Luke Shaw & Pogba.  The second Pogba overruled Alexei for the penalty, Sanchez pouted the rest of the game and wasn't a factor. De Gea made a couple of clutch saves. Nice poacher goal from Vardy.

Good to see Rafa coaching in the PL again.  If it wasn’t for Lloris and the crossbar, Spurs would have lost that one...they don’t look very sharp yet.

A lot to like about this game.

Keita is going to be a lot of fun to watch. He's got great presence and possession skills.

Milner is playing like a man possessed

Front three were hungry even with the game in hand

Robertson and TAA playing solid

Shaqiri was super excited to hit the pitch and was hard to contain

Studge doing his dance. Depth is what the team needed and now it's like two teams that'll smack you in the mouth

Going to try to do a post like this for every game week this season for the Fantasy EPL we have going.

Weekly Arf EPL Fantasy Update

Current leader: Klopp's kopsters with 78 points

Highest point total this week: Klopp's kopsters with 78 points

Biggest position change: None...because it's week one

Most points left sitting on the bench: Yammering Jose with 17 points left stranded on the bench

Worst captain choice: Scruffy Nerfherders and Winston Cup Forever both captained Harry Kane, for a grand total of two points from their team captain.

That's the most entertaining/interesting things I could think of to keep track of weekly.  Let me know if yall think of anything to add.  Or if you think it sucks and need to go away.  Either/or.

You're doing something right then.

It's a massive learning curve but an amazing one from the very start.  It never stops either.

The overwhelming emotional wave when you first see that little soul never goes away. That primeval need to nurture, love and protect is incredible and wonderful.

Mine's 10 now and flippin' hilarious.  Fatherhood is the most life changing and rewarding experience IMHO.

Big game to determine which pot Liverpool are in for seeding today.   We're currently the highest seeded team in Pot 3.  If Benfica loses to Fenerbache today on aggregate, then we move to Pot 2 and secure an easier initial group.

I did.  Really think Keita is going to be big.  Wasn’t sure how he’d fit in having watching him some in Bundesliga but he’s meshing really well.

Worth mentioning the lowest point total each week for the LULZ?

Since I am currently the tail gunner, I get to suggest that.

I thought I’d be nice and limit the shaming to worst captain every week but we can include lowest weekly point totals along with highest.

Last year I saw a team (not in our league) where the guy triple captained someone who missed a penalty and got a red card (both worth negative points) and wound up tripling his negative points total from the guy....

Man City looking good again this year.  Maybe when Pep gets bored with club football the US can back up a truckload of money and see what miracles he can work with the national team...
