After this, I have two 30 packs left in the garage and that is all for AB.  Those $17 30 packs were nice though.

AB might be able to course correct if they launch a new ad depicting a very traditional blue collar family.

Dad comes home from a long day at his blue collar job. Wife opens the door and he's greeted by the kids running up to hug him. They go inside and mom promptly hands dad a bud light and he sits in his chair and talks with the kids while mom goes to the kitchen to make dinner. Maybe even depict a Bible, crucifix or rosary in the background.

They could film a Klan style Rally where they burn that Dylan tranny freak alive at the stake and I wouldnt drink their beer if it was free.

The fact that Conservative voices are no longer being disproportionately censored on Twitter is another factor contributing to the success of this boycott.

Also, AB can't just stop making beer. They have many $millions ($billions?) tied up in capital equipment and facilities to produce beer at approximately the rate they were selling it. They kind of have to keep producing, even if on contract for a competitor. The effect of lost sales is one side of the equation. But the other is the impact of whatever debt they have for capital and operating expenses. The next step will be fire selling their breweries to their competitors. And, of course, potentially spinning off the damaged brand to a Venture Capitalist who will take apart the assets and sell them. God, I hope this works!

Schlitz is owned by Pabst now. So far there have been no signs of wokeness from them, but they have all the beers under their brand brewed for them by an unknown third party. They have no actual brewing capacity.

When I was a young man I enjoyed drinking Bud . Didn't care for Bud Light. But as I got older I switched to better tasting beer. A/B, for a short time, brought out American Ale , which Iiked. They should have continued selling it. No matter, they would of fucked that brand as well.

Which brings up a point. Who will take up the mantle of "America's Beer" ?

I feel bad for the blue collar level guys at AB. As popular as the competitors' beers are
becoming, I have to think said competitors are going to have to expand output, which (as
far as I see it, and I could be wrong) means some of the presently AB blue collar folks
may have a place to go with their skills.

For the corporate tier... the only respect any of them have from me were the ones who saw
this mess coming, told corporate "it will not work well, here's my resignation" and got out
while the getting was good.

Mulvaney needs to be completely, by surgery, made over to female, and handed off to an
escort service in Rio, so she can get the full experience of what she's done.

Miller Genuine Draft man myself, back when. Now and again a PBR or Sam Adams. Being a
two beer falling asleep drinker, I tended to take my time with a beer. Never could quite
fathom chugging, but let them that do it and enjoy it, enjoy it.

What's gonna happen with the stuff in warehouse? I know that, absent means of keeping it cold,
beer goes bad. Could some other company buy the stuff (at just over production price; I dont want
mulvaney and her cult making a thin dime of profit) before it goes completely bad and ... I don't
know, not enough info on  it... but distill the alcohol out of it, maybe? Or use it as a raw material for
other products?

Single data point: Attended a social event yesterday from noon until late in the evening. Typically they'll go through between 40 and 50 cases of beer with 25 being Bud/BL. They purchased zero AB product and relied only on the 4-5 cases of Bud/Busch Light that was already on hand. The rest was Coors stuff, Miller stuff, PBR, and Yuengling.

They said they've still got most of the AB stuff this morning. I saw one person drinking a Bud and a couple drinking Busch Light. The guy drinking the Bud was catching alot of flack from other people with him. I heard some pretty funny comments, and they put a sign in front of his motorcycle that said Gay Parking Only.

I figured out a Harvard degree was of negative value about 5 years ago.  Unless you goal is to bring in an insider at the upper level from The Hunger Games (which sometimes IS thr goal), you circular file and move on.  Not a good education, and very broken ideologically.  If you want a solid cost effective professional team member to do thier job well, stay the fuck away from shit like Wharton and Harvard anywhere on that resume.  Even Federal judiciaries are figuring that out - refusing to take similar ivy league damaged goods, as they are shitty workers with broken philosophy who don't do their jobs.

She did not like the "frat boy image" she sure did a good job of getting frat boys to stop buying the product. How does she propose to replace that sales volume is the next question. Selling beer at a lose is not the answer. But that seems to be the plan.

We regularly bring our wholesaler partners and leadership together to share upcoming brand and business plans. Hosting our May meeting in St. Louis is something we started last year and is an opportunity to bring our partners together in our hometown.

We have communicated some next steps with our internal teams and wholesaler partners. First, we made it clear that the safety and welfare of our employees and our partners is our top priority. Second, Todd Allen was appointed Vice President of Bud Light reporting directly to Benoit Garbe, U.S. Chief Marketing Officer. Third, we made some adjustments to streamline the structure of our marketing function to reduce layers so that our most senior marketers are more closely connected to every aspect of our brands activities. These steps will help us maintain focus on the things we do best: brewing great beer for all consumers, while always making a positive impact in our communities and on our country.
