Scored an "Imperial" stamped M7 bayonet from the fun show this morning in a trade. Real deal, probably 73-75 production from what I can find.
It anxiously awaits it's new home....

Bought two M7 bayonets on Gunbroker for my two. I may do slings too but idk how a sling is gonna work with the folders.

The bayonets are cheaper from the CMP. I bought two bayonets and two cloth slings for $104.90 with free shipping.

I was going to order from the CMP but they were asking for proof of citizenship for a bayonet

(which I did email them but who knows how long that will take) so I bought some off gunbroker.

It looks like my first shotgun will get to my FFL Monday, and the second one on Tuesday. I’d like to get them both at once to hopefully only pay one transfer fee but idk if I can be that patient lol.

Did anyone see the guy n the 870 forum whose folder showed up green tagged? It was tagged for the folders lock pin being missing. Damn near new shape because it probably sat in a rack and was never issued out. Hope he can find a replacement.

Everything I've read about collectible firearms says don't touch it. (I mean, removing crud and stuff is fine, but don't change anything)

Fixed. That's what the last folding stock Wingmaster in this condition I saw for sale brought. Without the mag extension and bayo lug.

I was at work when they went on sale and spent just a little too much time thinking about buying. Missed out.
Watching the page to see if they go back up. I'd be happy with the roughest one that's been posted.

Well, I just got off the phone with them. Per the guy I talked to, all the guns pulled from customers that over ordered have been sold already so, I don't know if I'd count on them showing back up in stock unless they can get more in.

With regard to the overselling rumor, they told me this morning that they have everything straightened out, and everybody who has an order in will get it filled.

Mine also shows shipped and they took the money from my account. I did not talk to Rude Lady, but Nice Lady said that tracking number will go live when Fedex picks it up. She says Fedex stops there twice a day. Told me it's 1-2 days ship time, putting it here on Wednesday. Shipping/tracking email will also go out after they pick it up.

My fixed stock likewise shipped this morning. Folder shipped on Friday and is supposed to arrive tomorrow, so I guess maybe Thursday-ish they will both be here.

One is virtually new; I don't think it ever left the armory (S6373xxx). The other is excellent with some very minor surface rust that will wipe right off with some oil. It has a sling attached (S6373xxx).

The other three Remington shotguns in the second picture, I already owned.

The bayonet adapters were offered in both blued and parkerized finishes. The parkerized ones on my 870s are factory original parts and parkerized, and I have no plans to refinish them. The one on the 7188 clone that I made is parkerized (as it would have been from Remington) and matches the rest of the gun.
