I was born in 81 and have always been in the general area and currently live in Greenwood. Its not just people coming down to hang though thats some of it. Its turning into another shithole. Period. Cant wait to move further out. To the member that doesnt live here but seems to be an expert on the area. Move down and you will see. Its still better than Indy and Beech Grove but not by much. |

Someone mentioned his lawyer in another post. Mark Davis in Dallas talked to his lawyer and ask him to do an interview. His reply was "this is still an active police investigation and we will give no interviews or statements until it is settled."
Sounds like Eli has some wise counsel. |

That's what I'm saying was over reacting.... but yes, you're correct (although I didn't think it was as late as '13). The law said you could transport it unloaded to/from a place of purchase or place of repair without an LTCH.. but did not specify a shooting range. So everyone took this to mean you needed an LTCH to go to the range. Most failed to consider virtually every range offers some form of gunsmithing/parts... Adding sights, cleaning, new magazines, etc. so it would have been impossible for the police to enforce. |

I haven't seen any coverage of this in the MSM... must have been ended quickly by a white guy with a gun... I'm not reading 13 pages to find out... there was a series of gas station robberies in the St Charles Mo area ended by a concealed carrier... at least 2 news channels in the shithole of st louis have expressed their concern, but haven't provided any information on the robber... the president of police "union" (not f.o.p.) said that concealed carriers

You had to hit at least 3 of your 6 shots from the 25 yard line, or you failed the qualification. We had a barricade for ‘cover’ and were allowed to brace against it with the handgun. Of course nowadays, so many tards are hired that they start from the 1-3 yard line and work their way back to the 25 yard line. If you have at least 50-100 vision in one eye and don’t have turret’s, you don’t need to make any hits from the 25 yard line to qualify. I sure do miss the old days of being an FDLE Certified Firearms Instructor and Range Master - the humor was aplenty I tell ‘ya. |
