I was gone all day looking at cars for my son. When I got home at 8pm I saw the news. Thank God all of these shooters are not properly trained. The audio they had on TV sounded like he was just pulling the trigger and firing wildly into the crowd. Anyone with some skill would have made those count.

There are penalties for just setting those things out on walkways/ sidewalks without barriers and warnings and stuff. safety first! otherwise it was already there.
