I personally wouldn’t want my phone subpoenad, let alone for using an APP that has not been upheld as a reliable source/case law.
DL image inquiry of given name, if not same person then hook them for obstructing identification. When booking/processing use fingerprint inquiry. Add charges/complaints accordingly. Add alias given to arrest and booking form/offense report. I’m a little surprised to hear issuing citations under alias name once true ID was confirmed also. That’s how innocent people with the same information given by the ID (or close enough) get warrants for failing to appear in court. Good work digging, but be mindful of the 4th amendment with using personally owned equipment/technology and taking of photos. |

Bama shooter pulls over a guy who has no license and gives his name as Fakey McFaker but plates match Dopey McSmokey who has a record and warrants. You don't think that's PC to verify his identity? |

Big Brother is here....
Tag scanners.... Look at the poles up and down the interstate - the ones with the little flat RFID readers. What kind of info do you think they are collecting....cameras are everywhere... What about the cell phone towers and tracking. The last mail bomber - they caught the guy by using his cell phone - starting cross referencing phones in relation to the packages being dropped off in the mail. Look at the power of google to track your phone - it is a double edge sword - cuts both ways....good and bad. Just some thoughts... Red |

The portable fingerprint scanners have been a thing around here for a while. They are quite small, look like an iPhone with special case holding the scanner assembly.
The news was running a story on how Pueblo recently got them issued to supervisors and now more people are getting busted for fake names. Also 
at the people on here who are fine with unlicensed operators and uninsured vehicles on the road. Illegals, druggies and drunks seem to make up the majority of those around here, I don’t want to share the roads with any of them. |

been playing with it for a few weeks. it's not what i would really call facial recognition. it sort of works for finding similar online pics. more akin to google image searches.
nice you got a good hit on it. i have yet to get any usable intel from it. |
