I worked with the guy that was the Wolf rep in the video. We worked at TGI together till it went under. May give him a ring and see if he has one of the 9x39 barrels already.

300 Blackout is so 2017 anyway...

All the gun trendsetters have jumped on the 9x39 train now.

What next the 6.5 Stealth?

@gunwritr does it use a 7.62x39 bolt?

Can you try to put some 9x39 in a 7.62x39 AK mag?

Yes, uses a standard 7.62x39mm bolt, whether AR or AK.

You can load a few rounds into a 7.62x39mm AK mag but its not optimum,
however proprietary 9x39mm AK mags are on the way. Krebs has a 9x39mm
shop mule up and running and is working with a company on mags.

I thought I saw in one of the articles that it will fit in a standard 5.56 magazine. If so that would be great. Now to get a bolt and a barrel

The problem with 300 blackout is that it is expensive as hell. The only real way to make it economical is to reload and even then you're policing up brass from the ground.

This caliber is a direct competitor to is for a fraction of the price and made by a well known manufacturer. If the price point is right, I'll rebarrel my 300BO AR into this caliber. and never shoot BO again.

Also I just really really want a VSS.

I never said any 9mm will work.
I don't know that.

You are going from a .355 inch to a .364 inch diameter projectile, check with the manufacturer to ensure you have sufficient clearance for the larger
diameter projectile first!!

Where does one get ammo?  Anything trickling in yet?

I'll buy a box to check first hand if it will fit through a SilencerCo Omega 9k and an AAC TiRant 9.

I'll have a 300 Blackout barrel and a bunch of ammo for sale or shot here soon I think.

help me out folks.

I spoke with two companies today who say their 9mm cans won't clear the .393 diameter 9x39 bullet - now this is based on what wiki has - haven't seen any measurements posted on the wolf ammo.

So this leaves me with wanting a .45 can (one pistol can to do it all).

Need suggestions:

Criteria:
1.) in stock at SilencerShop
2.) easily swap-able mounts / pistons - 1/2x28 for glocks, 1/2x36 for AR-9, and of course to accommodate the 9x39 barrel. Naturally the ability to mount on a 1911 too.
3.) $1k with stamp

@SilencerShop or others want to make some suggestions? I'm ready to buy.
