I had to check because even the local NPR station was taking about the local authorities telling people to be aware of high winds and storms overnight. |

WFAA is saying that storms will develop east of the Metroplex around 3:00.
5:00 pm to 7:00 pm storms will develop west of the Metroplex, 7:00 to 10:00 pm will hit the Metroplex, 10:00-1:00 am is the highest risk of large hail. The cap has weakened. |
