If you are wanting gun themed I like retro rifle and oaf nation
|
|
Check out “retro-rifle”. Hawaiian shirts with guns in the design. My neighbor around the block is the owner (I think). They have some cool designs.

Women’s Sunset pro is on this week - everyone I know is in Hawaii but me this month

Another vote for Reyn Spooner, along with whatever you find in the Cracker Barrel store after you're done chowing down

Quoted: 100% Rayon The pattern MUST carry across the pocket. Wood or coconut buttons...................... View Quote just remember Laundering rayon takes a little extra consideration. Rayon is often blended with other fabrics (such as polyester and cotton), so washing instructions can vary significantly. While its texture and versatility make it an ideal choice for a range of apparel, rayon isn’t a durable fabric, and standard machine washing can cause it to stretch, shrink, or bleed onto other articles of clothing. As a result, most experts recommend hand-washing rayon, but always be sure to check the care label instructions beforehand. I lean toward silk or cotton. |
|
100% Rayon.
If bought from reputable brands (as the ones listed), the shirts will each wear in different ways. Treat accordingly Diamond Head Sportswear last the longest and retain a nice sheen. Reyn Spooner break in to a softer fabric. |

I've got some old Joe Ke'Aloha shirts I got from my Hawaiian brother in law when his dad died since we were the same size.
I think to get them now you'd have to hunt them up on sites like Poshmark or something, but they are cool. |

eBay is the best for aloha.
Search for Reyn Spooner or Diamond Head Sportswear or Paradise Found. If you’re a 42R, you can wear a large or a medium. |

42R here as well.

Somebody that knows what an authentic Hawaiian shirt is made of. At my last job, we had Hawaiian shirt day. I was the only person there wearing an actual Hawaiian shirt. Everybody else had shirts made of cotton; with a button at the very top, just below the collar. True Hawaiian shirts don't have a button that high. And, as you posted, are made of 100% rayon. And for me, you just can't beat the originals...Paradise Found. They (still) make the ones that Tom Selleck wore on Magnum P.I. |

Hilo Hattie makes up the bulk of my wardrobe, followed by Paradise Found, with a smattering of a couple others.
Beware that the current Hilo Hattie stuff is mostly not made in Hawaii and they are not as high quality (sizes are way off too). I only buy Hawaiian made so pretty much all mine are pre-owned. |

so, I wear Hawaiian shirts for work.
my company provides them, most are from Go Barefoot and Pete Huntington. I tend to like them. |

Quoted: just curious, why 100% rayon? View Quote It sort of became the go to material I believe. It’s good for hot weather but doesn’t wrinkle like linen. Don’t quote me on that but my understanding is back when things mattered like quality rayon became the choice for these shirts with silk in there as well. |
