Sig P320 because I have put many rounds downrange with it.  Then it would be my Glock 17.

The G17.5 has the job for now, but I think the Shadow Systems XR-920 might steal the job.

This is a great choice, especially with an extra .22 slide and can to swap in.

Been shooting the same one since I was 11. Superbly accurate and reliable. Mags and ammo should be easy enough to replenish. My rig is already set up with safariland holster for it.

XDM9, suppressor ready with Trijicon suppressor sights, X300V (IR/White) light and a few select upgraded internal parts is among the best choices for a SHTF.

Feed it with 147gr HST from a stockpile of 19rd mags and you have a solid sidearm.

Forget the haters, I’ll rock that gun all day long…as a way to fight to my rifle.

19x with rmr. I like the idea of the 22 pistol with a can though.  But, it's more of a specialized tool.

P320 M17 because it’s what I have.

Realistically though, I’d be happy with any reputable full size 9mm with a handful of mags.

Picking a Glock because “parts and mag availability” is kind of lame in my opinion. Sure, it’s a fine choice, but not for that reason. If S actually HTF, I doubt anybody would be able to realistically wear out parts or mags on a sidearm where that’s a serious concern.

I have several M&P Pistols that will be more than adequate.

Also, handguns will be easy to come by.

Ammo, not so much, after awhile.

If the G45 counts as full size, then that one, because it has an RMR and threaded barrel. Otherwise, it'd be my stock G17. I'm most experienced with and invested in them. Ain't no sense running out the door with my Steyr L9 that doesn't even have a holster

I don't care what you pick or carry, but you don't have a hair on your nut sack if you don't go out and make sure you're worth a damn with that handgun.

Start here.
ARFCOM Monthly Pistol Drill Thread

And to play along, I'll take my CZ P07.
