Bunch of slack-jawed faggots up in here.
There is only one answer. James Tiberius Kirk. Anything else is just gay. |

Not Archer, he and his crew survived despite his best efforts to fuck things up on a weekly basis. Without plot armor it would have been a very short series.

Nog Pwns Jake Even Kirk was a fucking communist. |

I wouldn't serve under the Federation in any fucking way. View Quote No commie space Navy for me. |

I'll second that! How is there even a debate about this? Picard was and will be by far the best Star Trek Captain. View Quote View All Quotes View All Quotes Quoted:

There are two types of people in this world: Those who think that Picard is the best Star Trek Captain, and those who are wrong. Still a bunch of Space Commies. |

When T'Pal is promoted to Captain then I will volunteer to get under her.

Kirk, but I still wouldn't want to be Ensign Jones on the landing party.

Captain Sheridan... B5 > Start Trek.. View Quote He did have reservations about ordering a captain and his crew to commit suicide for the greater good but he did it anyways. |

That would be a very repetitive tour of duty.

Enterprise D was a plum assignment, Holodecks, Replicators, combat usually ended with diplomacy. Frequent visits to starbase and nice planets.

All of you are wrong.
There is one answer. Captain Martok. I'd join the Imperial Klingon Fleet... Sing battle songs, get drunk on blood wine, stab your under performing superiors for career advancement. |

A few episodes following them around while they assimilate to the current era would have been fun.
|
|
I don’t know, he looks like he’d be a beast to work for.

I voted Sisko, but I would prefer Worf on the USS Defiant.
Kirk was cool to hang with though. |
|
Sisko, he surrounded himself with capable people and let them do their job. But I would prefer Gen Mattis.

Kirk. He's straight talker, is mission oriented, is not about PC bullshit, and is all about a good time when the job is done, so you know "shore leave" is gonna be somewhere good.
|
|
I would have chosen Kirk, but there was no holodeck in those days. I would want access to holodeck technology.

One advantage of serving under Picard is the lax weapons laws. Phasers seem to be everywhere, even accessible to children.
|
|
The only one I would have served under was Kirk.
Mainly because I like his Shatner-esque dialogue whereby he puts odd emphasis and breaks into his sentences, like this: "MISTER Spock...why DOESN'T Scotty shut the fuck up ABOUT the dilithium...crystals?" After Shatner, Star Trek Next Gen & everything that followed got way too faggotized for me, so no thanks. Shatner was the man. |

As long as I didn’t have to wear a red shirt, Kirk all the way. Loved his ship and his crew. The female crew members were smart, hot and wore miniskirts as issued uniform.

Kahn. He had balls and seemed to genuinely care for his crew. All of them.
Kirk eschewed his real leadership responsibilities so he could directly participate in activities he should have been leading from the bridge...primarily to support his pursuit of adventure, heroics, and alien poontang. And he left a trail of dead crewmen in his wake. Never watched any of the others, but Picard's "make it so" line at least implies he attended the first day of leadership training. On the other hand, his crew seemed like a bunch of SJW pussies. |
