While we were house shopping, I was working at my last job and got paid pretty low. We worked a shit ton of OT though, especially in the winter (24hr days sometimes). The lender was basing "what we could afford" using my OT. I'm like "no, you shouldn't be basing it on that. What if my OT goes away tomorrow?" Perfect way to get someone into something with no wiggle room should something drastic happen. |
