I think I will take the CF up to 1000grit or so. The G10 I will leave at 120 and the titanium I will scotch brite The Ti one flows much better. |

There's a jar with pickled cocktail onions and deli, Dijon and German mustard. The cheeses are a stilton, some uppity gouda, triple cream brie and iberico. I'm a big fan of iberico, sheep, cow and goat milk cheese blended really well. The whiskey salami didn't really have much whiskey flavor, the wild boar salami had a little extra porkiness, and the truffle salami had a little earthiness we didn't find until half way in. The chorizo was smoky and tasty. |
