Have you looked into anything on the ultra processed food movement? My wife is into that but it eliminates so much that I have a difficult time trying to avoid those things. It also seems vegan/CrossFit ish.

I ate the TJ stuff before I read labels. It's just good ketchup. Being made from actual food is a bonus. Lol

I haven't heard of it. I agree that too many of the food movements become almost cultish or hyper specific.

My general goal is to eat things that don't have ingredients that you can't buy separately. I suppose a step better would be foods that didn't require an ingredient list but how hard and expensive are we going to make eating? Lol

I'm not a Nazi about it though, it's more just a preference.

I haven't heard of it. I agree that too many of the food movements become almost cultish or hyper specific.
