Multi taskers are rarely as good as dedicated tools.

I use a light often enough and most of the time in places I wouldn't want to shove my phone.

I have been known to use the front camera instead of an inspection mirror though.

Asada and pastor. The asada was good, the pastor just OK. Next time: birria, and either chicken or shrimp.

A micarta Monday contribution. This is the batch of slipjoints I'm currently working on. All 5 are wearing some variety of micarta. Handles will be shaped this week.

From the left:
Rag w/ stainless liners
OD Green Linen w/ dark red G10 liners
Cross-cut natural w/ cherry red G10 liners
OD Green Linen w/ dark red G10 liners
Natural micarta, linerless

Attachment Attached File

And a quick update pic of the two working prototypes on the Cold Steel Tuff Lite aftermarket handle project. Still working a couple bugs out on these.

The 4 on the left are CPM 154-CM, the one with the long milled groove is 1095

Yeah I do love the cross cut stuff. I've got enough in the stash to do another 5 handles from that material. I think it's going to look sweet with the red accent liner.

I think the rag should look good, I haven't worked with this supplier's rag. I've seen some really slick looking rag handles, hoping I can get this one dialed in.

A strong body makes the mind strong. As to the species of exercises, I advise the gun. While this gives moderate exercise to the body, it gives boldness, enterprise and independence to the mind. Games played with the ball, and others of that nature, are too violent for the body and stamp no character on the mind. Let your gun therefore be your constant companion of your walks.
