86 Bronco XLT with 5.0.  I wanted to order one after Basic.  Reality struck and realized E1 pay wasn't going to cut it.

That’s awesome! That must have been cool to be a part of. What’s your own opinion on the LT-5 engine?

I already have more cars/projects than I need. I would still like a Corvette. Really like the new rear engine. Would really like it with twin turbos. I always wanted a grand national. I would also like a pro street S10.

That V8 Vantage is on of the sexiest cars ever made. I remember it from “the living daylights” and always wanted one. I remember looking in the back of British car magazines as a teen in the 90’s and seeing them listed for £50k.

That wasn’t going to be on my list but it is now. Unbelievably good looking car that I will never own.

The two I though were an E30 M3 and a Lancia Delta Integrale.

Some day I may owe one or both of those but it’s going to have to wait. I know exactly what my next car will be, just have to move heaven and earth to make it happen.

I loved the Lancia Stratos as a teenager and thought it was amazing, but I never really wanted to own one - which is probably good, because I don't think I would ever be able to fit in one.

I don’t think I’ve ever seen a real Stratos but yeah, they seem pretty tiny. There was a bunch of cool cars staged outside of the BMW museum a few years back.

Owning is overrated, much better to be in the profession of building/repairing the type of vehicle you enjoy, get to drive and play with some pretty untouchable vehicles that the very rich can own, most of the antique vehicles get old after driving them awhile, better to just try them out for a while

ZR2 S10 Blazer. My brother and I had a few regular S10 Blazers, I always wanted the factory lifted model. I found a crisp, yellow one in WA a few years ago but couldn't figure out shipping and didn't want to fly out and drive it 2000 miles back. I wouldn't mind a regular 2 door S10 Blazer as a daily driver.

Ford Excursion, the King of SUVs. I don't want a diesel and the gas options are kinda bleh. My lottery car is going to be the nicest 5.4 Ex I can find, pull the engine and toss it and put a Godzilla engine in it. 35's and lockers, make it into a camping rig and explore the west. I'd feel bad about messing with a 7.3 diesel, no one will miss a 5.4.

2500 Suburban. I like my 1500 but the bigger engine and stronger drivetrain would be nice. Inline with the above engine swap this would need a SFA.

Basic bitch long bed 6.2 F250. Pull the bed and put a box on the back, 35's and lockers, do the same stuff as the Ex.

2 door Tahoe. I've seen some really clean ones over the last year, would make a fun DD. 265 Toyos on stock wheels, exhaust and just drive it.

C7 is peak Corvette imo.

32 roadster is played out so bad that I disagree on that one.

You think you want one, but it can’t even begin to carry your corvette’s jock.

Funny that a lot of cool looking old cars are actually a pain to own or drive, a lot of people just pick based on looks and if they actually drive it they wouldn’t like it, many mistake value of a car with drivability

Sweet, way to many to list, but a base model of one of these would have been more attainable in my youth. An AMC AMX would also be awesome.

1992 Mustang GT 2 years out of high school. Been trucks ever since. Number of cars along the way I wouldn't mind but I would have limited use for here. Another "cheap" 4wd utility truck would be nice. In 1990 the year I left high school bought a new Nissan 1990 4wd truck and paid $9,999 for it cash. Accounting for inflation that's about $23k. Good luck on that now.

My first car I bought as a senior in HS was a 1973 240Z. Fun car, but gutless.  Not in the best shape but it got a lot of looks because you didn’t see many around West Central Wisconsin.

Then one of my friends went and bought a mint, 1974 260 Z that was a California car.

The sad part is after high school he just let it rot away in his yard.  Japanese cars from the 70s were not vehicles you wanted to leave parked in the grass and left for years. Frame would rot away.

My car really wasn’t worth anything so it was no big loss when mine finally died.

TONS of dream cars I could post, but not really realistic aspirations.
On a more practical level, I'd say a VW Corrado.

I've had over a dozen VW's over the decades, and was really into the classic VeeDub scene back in the 90's.
Always wanted one of these, but it always eluded me.

I still have time to acquire a few on my list. Just depends on future income levels as to what/when.

Intercooled Grand National
GMC cyclone/typhoon
ZR1 Vette
Viper (passed on a chance to buy one about 10 years ago, regret that one)
BMW M3 (haven't decided what year)

Not a car, but my next conquest is going to be trying to track down my grandfather's 1954 HD Panhead and see if I can purchase it.
