Interestingly, 90% of that smoke is tire fires burning on roads. They set fires every 500 meters or so along Salah Al Deen road. Then they set more on all the larger cross streets.
Every few hours or so, more people show up with a van load of old tires. The Hez fucks with the people they claim to represent almost as bad as they do with the Jews. |

IDF would withdraw from the Gaza Strip without completely eliminating Hamas' military capabilities. This is an option that could be preferable IF Hezbollah joins the war. 2: IDF occupies the Gaza Strip and completely destroys Hamas. There are debates if the IDF should remain in control of Gaza, rely on the Palestinian Authority, or allow an international force with the cooperation of Arab countries oversee the Gaza Strip. Since Hamas blames this on the dome of the rock and mosque there... Israel should just escort everyone out of there and demo the fucking place. Whole thing, down, and cleanup the site within a week. That will settle that hot button issue once and for all. |

So far the images coming out have repelled most normal people in the ME and around the world. Israel is going to do what it can to keep it that way while degrading Hamas as best they can. It has nothing to do with having the balls to "do the needful" or "taking the gloves off" or the silly domestic woke politics people here obsess over. Ultimately destroying Hamas' capability to kill Israelis is going to mean men with rifles seizing and holding ground, just like every other fucking time. As soon as they let the pressure off the weapons and money will start flowing back in and the capability will be slowly rebuilt, unless and until the Iranian and Syrian regimes are gone - at minimum. |
