Which is to say: Give people a break and try to educate them instead of teeing off on them. Plus the fact that farmers and labors could not unite and take over that much land against a national military. This is not the 1700 and 1800's. Military equipment versus civilian equipment is a huge gap nowadays. Not to mention the complexity and training required. It's quite obvious those were trained soldiers. |

I’ve wondered about this for some time. Right now, low-quantity, high-tech tools of war dominate the field but in the event of all-out WW3 when supply chains get interrupted just how critical inexpensive but scalable weapons, vehicles, etc will be to winning a global war. How many decades of backtracking technologically in terms of military tech would we see if any? |

If Russia pulls off a Ukraine victory anyway I agree - a non-NATO country would have to be the target if Russia thinks it can use the nuke threat to invade another country. Russia can never occupy Ukraine so there will be no victory over the whole country. And the war will never end until Putin and his crew are gone, not that it would ever stop Russia again since this conflict is hundreds of years older than the USA. Russia needs to be de-nuked and not allowed to have anything larger than a police force. |

Whether you like it or not public opinion plays a huge role in what's going on and the eventual outcome. Whether or not you are angry has zero impact on the outcome unless you plan to participate personally. Due to the over the top behavior of a small number of people here and on other platforms I've started to see this war get the eye rolls and comparisons to Q and covid. The story of the Ukrainian resistance is a great one and they are doing a masterful job of telling it so let them. There's such a thing as trying too hard to help. |
