Our leverage over their internal politics increases with every major system we sell to them. This is the sales and political opportunity of the century. We should sell them as much as we can without compromising our qualitative edge, and trust me, they will rely on us too much for spare parts and other support for their own good. The only thing preventing us from setting the terms on things like H1Bs is political will. If the Dems have tech, then the Repubs should have defense in their corner. |
