ChinaIsAsshoe is more likely to support Ukraine than Russia because they plan on infesting Ukraine once the Russians have been booted out. ChinaIsAsshoe needs wheat and needs Ukraine to finish their belt and road initiative. OTOH, they don't really need the Russians for anything.

Ukraine intends to end the war with the Russian Federation by forming a new international security coalition.

“What matters to us is not status, but allies who are really ready to fight alongside us. The invasion of Ukraine has shown that the whole architecture of European security must be reconsidered. We know that Putin can only be stopped by force. NATO does not have that force. In our opinion, this is an organization whose main activity is to organize summits where the generals show that they are cool… So we want to end this war with a new coalition, so powerful that it will be able to stop Russia if it wants to attack someone again," Mykhailo Podolyak, Adviser to the Head of the Office of the President of Ukraine, said in an interview with the Wiadomości Polish newspaper, Ukrinform reports.

He explained that the basis of the coalition would be fundamentally different from the Budapest Memorandum but would provide a specific condition in line with all the rules of international law. According to the Adviser to the Head of the President’s Office, the document will describe the mechanisms that should be implemented if an attack on Ukraine occurs again. "We want to make sure that we will not be left alone on the battlefield again. The guarantor states will make certain commitments. In the future, this document can be developed and underpin a completely new alliance to ensure security all over Europe," Podolyak added.

He declined to name the states that expressed readiness to join the coalition as talks continue. At the same time, the representative of the President’s Office assured that President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky would present the whole concept when they ended.

In addition, Podolyak noted that the formation of the coalition was one of the key topics of the meeting of the President of Ukraine with Prime Minister of Poland Mateusz Morawiecki, Prime Minister of the Czech Republic Petr Fiala, and Prime Minister of Slovenia Janez Janša in Kyiv on March 15.

Podolyak stressed that Poland's accession to the new union was very important for Ukraine. "Poland is one of Ukraine's best friends today. We are infinitely grateful for the help provided and we believe that Poland and Ukraine should participate together in all negotiations on security in Europe," he said.

On February 24, Russian president Vladimir Putin announced the beginning of the invasion of Ukraine. Russian troops destroy key infrastructure, massively shell residential areas of Ukrainian cities and villages using artillery, multiple launch rocket systems, and ballistic missiles.

Chyna has already invested a ton in UKR as part of Silk Road. A fair amount of their liened infrastructure is in shambles now. Stand by for the push to get the West to pony up to rebuild UKR so China can keep collecting principal and interest.

I would think Putin would indeed want to keep some of his best equipped and most loyal units out of this shitshow, if only to protect Moscow and himself from his paranoid delusions of an outside attack or to guard against a potential coup or revolution.  But for those same reasons I doubt we’d see them get committed to Ukraine. But who knows.

Ill admit it. I haven't watched fox in 2 weeks. I am watching CNN. Their coverage is FAR better in this war. Their reporting is far (on this) and not full of shit coward defeatist idiots.

The ONLY person on fox who is informed on this conflict is Jennifer Griffin and you are lucky to get 20 minutes of her.

Sorry it's true. They may be a leftist trash network, but they're covering this well. It's the one thing that the left and right can agree on in the last decade or more.

Tucker has become a Fucking arrogant jackass, and his guests Fucking suck.

CNN is covering this war properly. Fox just wants to bitch about politics and hunters laptop, and I'm not Fucking sorry.

I’ve flipped to BBC World News a few times and it always feels like I’m watching US network evening news from the 80s.  Entirely possible I’ve missed better reporting there I suppose.

I did see elsewhere about ex-Iraq/AFG service people leaving because they discovered that artillery fire and a contested airspace weren't fun...which is concerning.

Won't those missile sites just be empty silos, as we would have launched everything once we detected a thousand incoming? Military bases yes of course, but missile sites seem like a wasted target.

Nonsense. Part of the reason for basing ZeroHedge in Bulgaria is to avoid some of the problems associated with uncovering financial "irregularities" in US firms. Remember that ZeroHedge was one of the only web sites that saw the whole MBS meltdown and Lehman's bust coming. They have a financial network of folks that's second to none.

My only complaint with them is that they've taken on a very doomer-ish slant on pretty much everything over the last 3-4 years. Granted, it's easy to get that way when all you see is deliberate lies everywhere but still. It gets old after a while.

Move is among a number of measures being taken within the tax system to support Ukraine and inflict economic pain on Putin's regime

UK Government has already announced plans for families participating in the new Homes for Ukraine scheme to receive a 350-a-month tax-free payment and an easement on customs to make it easier to supply humanitarian aid to Ukraine

The UK exchanges tax information with Russia under the Convention on Mutual Administrative Assistance in Tax Matters and Russia and Belarus under bilateral Double Tax Agreements.

This tax information is exchanged as part of global collaboration to address tax compliance risks, however, today's decision to suspend tax information exchange will ensure the UK is not supplying Putin's regime with information that could lead to an increased tax benefit or yield for Russia.

President’s Office: Ukraine wants to end war by forming coalition able to stop Russia in future

Poland, Ukraine, Czechia, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania.  Most likely.
