Yeah, gov service isnt much better. Ive resolved that if it comes up again and youre going to reduce me to my ancestory, that im going to point out what a shit hole africa has been, is now and how no social or technological achievements have climbed out of there in thousands of years.

Liberals only change their thinking when they suddenly realize that there are those further to the left of themselves and those people hate them as much as they hate far righters. I.E. the leftist agenda has to personally affect them negatively.
When they realize it they REALLY realize it and I think it’s hilarious (mainly because I have very very little sympathy for liberals). |

The Rasmussen Poll released 2 days ago has Trump up by +3. If you look at this time in previous cycles when the Dems have won they are usually up by +4. Also keep in mind most of the polls are up to +5 Dem by type of registered voter. In effect they are attempting to push poll.

I know a guy that was recently redpilled this year. Went to school with him.
He was hard-core lefty. Went to BLM rallies and pride parades. Felt the left was on the side of moral superiority. He made a complete 180. He's voting for Trump and changed his opinion on practically everything. He kept running into people at these events that labeled him as evil because of his sexual orientation, gender and skin color. They kept calling him privelaged even though his financial situation isn't great. They pushed him away. Same as OP the man hating really wore on him over time. I think this is a driving factor for a lot the guys that are switching over. This dude was going to women's rights rallies, and getting lectured on how evil he was because of his gender, by the people he was trying to support. I don't know how they couldn't turn people over time. So I will continue to disagree that their aren't people on the fence. I've seen it happen. |

Of my four siblings, one is a staunch Socialist. The rest of us are solid Christian Conservatives. He started a big debate when he tried to convince us how great Harris was. Every point I made and provided quotes or video of Her own positions were called lies, I challenged him to provide video or a record of her position. All he could do is claim everything was all lies with no evidence to back him up. He exploded when my normally very quiet sister, finally had enough. He exploded when she told him to knock off the Joseph Gobbles act and provide real facts or shut up. He has not spoken to us since and we are still laughing. Yes, we play hardball. No facts, no points.

OP, I wish you and your friend the best. I really do, and I really hope he has really "changed". It does sound promising indeed. But, if you can see this from another's point of view, it does sound a little like he was bitten on the heel by the very dog he helped to raise, so to speak, and he is emotionally "retaliating" against it. Whether or not it is truly a permanent change only time will tell. Once again, good luck and God bless.

Doing the Decolonizing Magic in Fantasy session now. Blue tinted hair, nose rings tats leading off with weepy stories of her grandmother and familial magical rites they performed at home that the church wouldn't approve of right after going to mass...
 Yeah... going about like I expected. ETA: Sorry guys, couldn't take anymore weepy eyed, tremulous voice familial stories from a person who couldn't look into the camera while talking. Honestly, her eyes flitted everywhere never staying on the camera for more than a split second. I bailed and am going to do something productive like wash my eyes with bleach. The comments on how these were lovely and amazing stories from the women participants made me eye roll so hard I now have a headache. The part where the pigeon landed on her grandmothers hand like a Mexican Snow White made me throw up in my mouth a little. |

Was out for a beer with some friends last week. One of my long time friends who has been pretty liberal his whole life was gone full MAGA. I though he was making a joke at first, but no he and his wife have left the dark side. I was shocked, never would have ever expected that from him.
