Really wish I'd have gotten one of those G21SF RTF2's when they were available.

According to the Glock rep, one of the reasons they lost popularity with that grip was because it was tearing up too many cop uniforms...

I wish I hadn't shot up my .22 stash summer of '12.  I always figured it could be replenished cheap and there wasn't going to be room in our cars for all of our ammo when I ETS'd.

Dang, I haven't been on Arfcom in so long!!!  How's everyone doing?

Been busy, I haven't been checking in on my usual forums and websites.  Had my parents visit, a trip to New Orleans, and then my best bud paid a visit after that.  Just been crazy here in CO, and work hasn't helped at all.  We are neck deep in personnel cuts in the USAF and the HQ function for my career field is drawing down service-wide.  2014 is going to be a very interesting year...

Awesome to see you stop back in Pjoo!  It's odd to hear people talk about a life outside of the interwebs.   I may have to see what all the hubbub is about, someday.  Not today.  Someday.

Today is stay inside day.  No school.  Snow day!  SWMBO is fighting a sinus infection that set in during/post being sick with a cold so she took the day off just before the radio announced no school here.   I've got the whole family here at home today.

It rained early last night, then snowed throughout the evening and nite and the wind has been blowing causing drifts.

Yikes, been home sick past 2 days.  Yesterday was projectile vomiting for hours, could not even keep down fluids. Today very weak, made it down to the store for ginger ale & soup.

Will skip the rest of the details but suffice to say lock n load boys, might be time to put MissB out of her misery.

All hope is not lost, UPS man left me a couple thousand rounds of .22 & treated myself to some flowers for  nightstand of my sick bed.

A rare cloudy day in Phoenix. Watched the race on tv and then headed out to Sky harbor to catch the British airways 747. Arrival time 6:45 we bail out of the truck at 6:25. Dig the Nikon out.

And holy crap, What the fu-k is that. The best I could do shooting from the hip. Came in 15 min early.

I don't have pics at the moment, but essentially the lugs for the pivot pin stick out too far, so they contact the upper rail (DD Omega) and so it doesn't let the pin line up properly.  I've compared this lower to my PSA and S&W lowers and you can easily see the Seekins' stick out a lot further.

I've contacted Seekins to see what they will do, but wouldn't you know this lower was already sent in once for a tight magwell.  Their customer service is top notch, but I'm beginning to question their product QA.  I swapped everything out to a PSA lower I had laying around and everything fits.

I got the forged milspec, not billet gen2.  I was contemplating picking up one of their billets after I finished this build, because yeah that mag well looks wicked, but now I'm not so sure.  People seem to really like all their products, but I'm on the fence now.

Ah dang it, and to throw salt in the wound, they are in the middle of moving their operations, so they might not get to my email until after the 10th.  Oh well, not the end of the world.

Haha, yeah I was thinking the same thing about the whole milspec description.  You can actually see that the pivot pin hole is not concentric with the lug contour.  It wouldn't be an issue with some upper setups, but the DD Omega sits pretty flush with the lower so there's not much room for error.  I'll see about posting some pics up tonight if anyone is interested.
