The motion to dismiss was made right after the Rittenhouse trial upon which the felony (can't be two felonies for one gun under that statute) depended on. And the judge said "naaa, let's keep this teenager under felony indictment until 2022 so I don't have to rule on that motion now". Judge still has the power to refuse the deal and dismiss, but he won't. |

When the RV bomb explosion occurred outside the AT&T building on second avenue, he actually laughed at one point during the press conference later in the day. No. Was the current mayor of Nashville probably thinking about which properties were likely to soon hit the market, due to the codes office determining that the buildings were too heavily damaged to be repaired and needed to be demolished? Yes, NEVER let a crisis go to waste. |
