You do need to be seen urgently. Fluid draining from the lap sites could be ascites, possibly related to fluid shifts from surgery or anesthesia or other medications, or possibly kidney or liver issues. And the liver (and pancreas) share the same plumbing with the gall bladder.
A nicked/leaking bile duct is possible, but bile is an evil looking green color, so this seems less likely. The scrotal/testicular swelling is likely dependent edema being pulled down by gravity from within the abdominal cavity. At a minimum, likely needs an ultrasound to assess for fluid in the abdomen, maybe an abd/pelvis CT to look for a fluid leak, and labs to evaluate your electrolytes, liver/kidney function, blood count, etc. Now, I'm not your doctor and this isn't my specific recommendations for you. This is me describing what I would be considering if a patient with similar symptoms walked into my urgent care. Short answer: You need evaluation by a physician. Go see one, and sooner than later. (Physician here, not a general surgeon. But I used to do C/Sections, so I've cared for post-op issues before and still do sometimes). |

Have you tried an emergency DIY drain procedure yet?
Just find a medium sized knitting needle, some grain alcohol and a butane torch I know it sounds drastic, but with gas prices being what they are.....it's worth the risk. Five bucks is five bucks
